I’d vote for him. Its funny that the only people who actually have a good feeling for how the People of the United States really feel on issues are political satirists. Who better to deal with some of the problems that the United States has today than a person of the political satire field. I would Vote for you Stephen Colbert, why not? It would mean that maybe someone would listen to how I, as a college student, or many of the peoples of the United States feel. And Actually take some sort of action on some of those problems. Sincerely friend, please run, and pick John Stewart as your running mate. You both could make a huge difference in the young people in America. The mockery or our election process existed long before Colbert. Here are a couple of examples. How do you win the popular vote in Florida and lose the electoral votes? Hmm. Years ago Ross Perot said “Let’s tax gas another 50 cents and force America to reduce it’s dependence on foreign oil.” Nobody listened. Look where we are now.
But now for the real reason I came here. Stephen, I applaud what you are doing. Would you consider running in the great state of North Dakota? I can guarantee that all 750,000 or so people will put you on our primary and we will pledge both (yes, both) of our electoral votes to you.
–PS. We have lots of nukes hidden here so people will listen to us.

I hope that you seriously run because I know that you have the ability to win the election. Either know you run a comedic news show on Comedy Central, you know what is going on with the people of the United States and the rest of the world.
